How many signatures does the Digital Signature module include?
The plan includes 10 signatures per month (simple or advanced biometric) and they roll over. You can buy more from the cart, under Signature packs.
Can I buy more signatures?
Yes, you can buy packs of 25 simple or advanced biometric signatures at any time for €9.75.
How do I top up SMS for signature requests?
You can buy packs of 25 SMS for €5.50.
Do the documents have legal validity?
Yes, every digital signature includes an evidence document with all the details of the transaction, guaranteeing its legality.
If I cancel Digital Signature, what happens to my documents?
Signed documents will stay stored in wiwink for 5 years, although you will no longer be able to send new signature requests.
How much does an additional user cost?
You can add extra users for €12/month per user (annual billing) or €10.71/month (monthly billing), with access to all the modules you have subscribed to that you give them permission for.
