Is my company required to keep a time-tracking record?
Yes. Since Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, all companies in Spain, regardless of size or sector, must record their employees' working hours daily, including start time, finish time and breaks. The Labour Inspectorate can request the records at any time.
What happens if I don't keep time-tracking records or can't prove them?
The Labour Inspectorate can impose fines ranging from €626 to €7,500 per employee. In addition, a lack of records may be taken as evidence of undeclared overtime.
Can employees clock in from their mobile?
Yes. With wiwink they can clock in from any device (mobile, tablet, laptop), as it is a responsive web app: nothing to install, you just need an internet connection.
How are absences, holidays and sick leave recorded?
Employees can make a request and their manager can approve it directly in wiwink. Everything is recorded: holidays, leave, sick leave and other absences.
Is it valid for part-time contracts?
Yes, wiwink supports flexible hours, part-time schedules and hybrid work (on-site + remote), configured per employee.
How much does it cost?
From €10/month with CRM + invoicing with Verifactu and Schedule control included. No lock-in and scalable by number of employees. You can add employee users (access to the Schedule control module only) for €10/month per employee.
How much does an additional user cost?
You can add extra users for €12/month per user (annual billing) or €10.71/month (monthly billing), with access to all the modules you have taken that you give them permission for.
