wiwink is a CRM + business management software that you can customize by adding extra modules: Digital Signature, Client Retention, Marketing or Work Orders — so you only need one platform to manage your entire business.
The core module, CRM + Management, starts at €7.50/month per user (with annual billing). There are no limits on contacts, clients or invoices, and you can use all features without restrictions. You can also add extra modules as needed.
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. If you need more time, you can extend it for another 7 days.

The free trial includes one administrator user. If you decide to continue using wiwink, you’ll be able to add more users during the subscription process.
Yes, you can choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual billing includes a 30% discount.

Yes, you can add or remove modules and users whenever you want.
Note: If you’ve already paid for the current billing cycle (monthly or annual), cancellations won´t be refunded proportionally. You can manage everything from Preferences > Your plan.
The admin user can view invoices and payment history from Preferences > Invoices inside the platform.
If you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days, you’ll receive a partial refund for unused time.
To cancel, go to Preferences > Profile and click "Delete account". For help, contact our support team.
